1. Redeem your free Samsung 34 sqm Air Purifier with HEPA Filter by registering in http://samsung.com/ph/redemption/2021DABlueMonth/estore.
2. Follow the step by step procedure in the Samsung redemption website to claim the free item.
3. Customer must upload the following
a. Photo of Serial Number of appliance
b. Valid ID (matches the name on the Official Receipt)
c. Official Receipt (matches name on the Valid ID)
4. The free item shall be delivered to the customer’s registered address. The customer shall not be able to redeem their free item at the store where the main item was purchased.
5. Delivery lead time upon successful validation of redemption documents:
a. Metro Manila: 7-10 working days
b. Other Parts of Luzon: 15 working days
c. Visayas / Mindanao: 15 working days
6. Promotion is only valid for purchase of selected Samsung premium digital appliance from October 1-31, 2021
7. Redemption of the free Samsung 34 sqm Air Purifier with HEPA filter is until December 31, 2021
8. Free item is not exchangeable for cash or kind.
9. Promotion is valid only for purchase made from participating authorized Samsung dealers.
10. Gray units / parallel units are not eligible for this promotion.
11. Promotion is not valid for Business to Business or Institutional transactions.
12. Offer will not apply to returned defective products where the customer opted for a refund instead of a replacement. Any free item received shall be returned/surrendered to Samsung in good condition if products purchased are returned and a refund was given by Samsung.
13. Samsung reserves the right to refuse delivery to locations that it deems unsafe / unreachable. In this case, another delivery address shall be asked of the customer to provide.
14. Samsung shall not be liable for failure of the customer to redeem free item/s due to factors beyond Samsung’s control.
15. Samsung will not be liable for and will not replace any lost, damaged or stolen gifts.
16. Samsung reserves the right to reject any redemption when (i) redemption documents are incomplete or not in accordance with the form prescribed by Samsung and, in any or both instances, customer is not able to complete or comply with the prescribed format within the redemption period, (ii) any and/or all of the redemption documents is/are falsified, tampered or fraudulent in any way, and (iii) if Samsung believes in its sole discretion that the redemption is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
17. For authorized representatives who will receive the free item/s, kindly present an authorization letter from the customer with a copy of his / her valid ID and a copy of the authorized representative’s valid ID. Alternatively, the authorized representative may simply present the delivery code sent to the customer via email.
