Cancellation Policy
- The customer must confirm the cancellation of his or her order at least three (3) days before the scheduled delivery.
- Any expense incurred because of late or non-confirmation shall be for the account of the customer.
- Paid orders are reimbursed net of delivery charges.
- The Company coordinates with the customer and the bank for cancelled transactions covered by credit payments.
