Delivery Policy
IMPORTANT NOTICE
In view of the many restrictions due to Covid-19, we apologizing for some delay in the delivery, transfer and availability of items. Rest assured that all your orders will be given priority.
- Delivery is free within the 5 kilometer radius of the servicing store or branch of 1st MEGA SAVER Terms and conditions apply.
- Upon confirmation of order, availability of item and issuance of sales invoice, the servicing branch will deliver the item within (5-7) working days.
- The Customer must show the Online Order Form and a valid ID (with picture & signature) upon acceptance of delivery.
- If the actual recipient is not available, the item may be released to an authorized representative provided that the following are fulfilled:
- The Online Order Form is presented
- There is an authorization letter signed by the original recipient
- The authorized representative provides a copy of his/her valid ID (with picture and signature)
- The authorized representative provides a copy of the valid ID of the actual recipient (with picture & signature).
- 1st Megasaver reserves the right to refuse and cancel orders as we deemed necessary for reasons which are beyond our control. Proper notifications will be made to affected parties.
- 1st Megasaver shall not be liable for non-delivery of items due to wrong or incomplete address, force majeure or unavailability of the recipient or the authorized representative.
