PANEL INSTALLATION PROCESS:
Customers have the option to do D.I.Y. Panel Installation or avail of the FREE Panel Installation, Door Reversal and Pair Kit Attachment by our accredited service center.
Customer will purchase the Bespoke Ref in its default color (Cotta White 1Dr and Cotta White-Cotta Charcoal BMF) in the store.
Customer will purchase colors of choice separately from the dealer store (R.Com or in-store) or on the Samsung E-Store.
Upon purchase of panel, customers must contact the Samsung Premium Customer Service Hotline 8660-8888 at 8 am - 8 pm
Customers must give the following details to the customer service agent:

c. Address:
d. Type of Service to be availed: Panel Installation, Door Reversal, and/or Pair Kit Attachment
e. Model Codes of Refrigerators:
f. Serial Numbers of Refrigerators:
g. Preferred Installation Date and Time (between 9 AM – 5 PM):
Customers must set an appointment for Panel Installation though this hotline as soon as the next working day. If call was made beyond 5pm call, earliest schedule is afternoon of next working day.
Customers must KEEP their proof of purchase of the panels and the refrigerator.
First-time panel installation is FREE OF CHARGE within 6 months from date of purchase of panels. For next panel installation changes, customers shall be charged P1000/panel for installation.
